Just as the whipped cream crowns a cake, our package is seasoned with the most beautiful excursion for the grand finale. A visit to the lakes of Zelengora, Gornje and Donje Bare, and the Borić viewpoint will be etched in your memory for a lifetime. Believe us when we say that you will keep coming back to this place for your entire life because, simply put, few are those who do not fall in love with Zelengora and its lakes instantly. After coffee and breakfast with our guide and vehicles, we embark on a new adventure. After an hour's drive through the forest, we reach our first destination for today - Gornje Bare lake, situated at an altitude of 1515 meters. Green valleys adorned with a wide array of beautiful colors originating from various flowers, and the fragrance of over 150 medicinal herbs spreading across the entire mountain – we can't help but wonder if this is real, if we are perhaps in paradise, or simply dreaming. This is reality; this is Zelengora. After exploring Gornje Bare, we return to the transport and proceed to our second lake for the day - Donje Bare lake. During World War II, this location witnessed the most intense battles in this area, and the territory surrounding Donje Bare lake was an insurmountable obstacle where the Partisans achieved a decisive victory over the occupiers. The lake has a gentle turquoise color and is located at 1475 meters above sea level. It is rich in fish, but fishing is prohibited in this lake. Just 15 minutes from the lake is, dare we say, probably the most beautiful viewpoint in this, and even broader regions – Borić viewpoint. The viewpoint is situated between Siljevica and Planinica, offering a panoramic view of the entire canyon and mountains such as Vučevo, Maglić, Volujak, the Perućica primeval forest, Dragoš Sedlo, and Prijevor, the Tjentište valley, remnants of the old cities Vratar and Vratac, as well as Kosman. The altitude of the Borić viewpoint is 1475 meters. A meal is planned at the viewpoint, after which we return to the lake where our transport awaits us for the return journey. On our way back to Tjentište, while waiting for dinner to be served, we visit the Monument of the Battle of Sutjeska, the Museum, and the largest open-air pool in the Balkans located in the park center. We return to our center where dinner and drinks await us. Gathering around the campfire with music, we slowly close the book on our travel journey for this time, hoping to meet again soon, perhaps at Sutjeska, and why not in your city.
