A booking is confirmed only when OutdoorBosnia has accepted the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received. Custom trips may require a separate written itinerary or quote.
Prices and payment
Prices may vary by group size, season, transport needs and custom requests. Any confirmed quote will explain what is included and what is excluded before payment is requested.
Changes and cancellations
Outdoor activities depend on weather, route conditions, minimum group sizes and safety decisions. We may adjust routes, timing or logistics when needed. If we must cancel for safety or operational reasons, we will offer a suitable alternative, reschedule option or refund according to the booking agreement.
Participant responsibility
Guests must provide accurate health, fitness and experience information, follow guide instructions, use provided safety equipment correctly and avoid behaviour that endangers themselves, guides, other guests or the environment.
Adventure travel risk
Hiking, rafting, canyoning, cycling, riding and mountain activities involve inherent risks. Our guides work to manage those risks, but not every hazard can be removed from outdoor environments.
Insurance
Guests are strongly encouraged to hold suitable travel insurance that covers adventure activities, medical expenses, cancellation, personal belongings and emergency evacuation where relevant.
