Rafting Tara

No matter if you come for rafting alone, with friends, family, or with your loved one, one thing is certain. You must experience rafting, and once you try it, you will keep coming back to our beauties and their rapids. Basic information about the arrangement: In our Rafting center, we expect you by 10:00 in the morning, where a warm homemade breakfast, coffee, and tea await you. After breakfast and meeting with the skipper, a short briefing about rafting follows, along with the provision of rafting equipment (life jackets, helmets, neoprene suits, neoprene footwear). Our skipper will also acquaint you with all the necessary information and rowing techniques, the way of sitting, and behavior in the boat. In short, he will give you a brief rafting course! The Rafting center is located 18 km from Foča, on the banks of the Drina River. After familiarizing yourself with the basic techniques, there is grouping and transportation by our off-road vehicles to Brštanovica – the starting point for rafting, from where we start rafting and, in a few hours, pass through the most attractive part of the canyon and the Tara River. Along the way, we stop at several locations to visit waterfalls, wild springs, take breaks for photography, and swimming. After 25 kilometers of adrenaline, joy, and nature, we arrive at our rafting center by boats, where warm water for showering and a ready lunch await us (which is a special story). For lunch, we again try the specialties of this region – hot veal soup, lamb, kid, veal under the lid, with delicious vegetables under the lid, salads, homemade pies under the lid, barley, still hot bread, and much more. After lunch, your arrangement ends, but it can be extended and combined with other arrangements you have on our website. We are waiting for you.
